What the court record does not say
The Goldstone default judgment concerns FinanceScam.com’s conduct toward Goldstone Financial Group and Anthony Pellegrino and eight impersonating domains. It did not decide the truth of the ProConsumer profile or establish common ownership. Grouping ProConsumer into a “proven network” would overstate the evidence.

Preserve a current capture, the exact disputed statements and independent rebuttal material. Check current hosting and registration data before choosing an abuse route. Reddy says he received multiple requests to pay to remove posts, which he declined. He did not identify ProConsumer.com as the sender, and no site-specific demand has been independently reviewed; absent that evidence, a site-specific content or privacy complaint is distinct from an extortion allegation.
