Why it appears in the record
The Goldstone complaint described a “Critical Intel Network” and included IntelligenceLine.com among sites in its account of the publication and paid-removal pattern. Those descriptions are pleadings, not a separate judgment against IntelligenceLine.com. The Goldstone default judgment named FinanceScam.com as defendant and awarded relief for eight impersonating domains tied to Goldstone and Pellegrino.
A second civil case
The FDCTech docket mirror records a March 2025 defamation/libel complaint naming IntelligenceLine.com, CriticalIntel.com and Fintelegram.com. The docket mirror reviewed for this project did not establish an outcome. Co-defendant status does not show those domains share an owner or that the allegations were proved.
Reporting and technical clues
Jack Poulson’s July 2026 investigation reproduced material about a paid removal program. Registration records reviewed September 29 showed IntelligenceLine.com and FinanceScam.com using the same VAL/YEVGEN Cloudflare nameserver pair (IntelligenceLine RDAP; FinanceScam RDAP). That is an infrastructure clue, not definitive ownership proof; direct DNS queries for this pair returned SERVFAIL in the underlying research.
