What the record says
The Goldstone complaint said CriticalIntel.com forwarded to FinanceScam.com as of June 2025. The FDCTech docket mirror lists CriticalIntel.com as a co-defendant in a defamation/libel complaint, without an outcome established by that mirror. Historical forwarding and a pleading are not a current common-control finding.
The change in status
In the September 29 evidence review, the CriticalIntel.com homepage displayed a DaaZ marketplace listing. That is a material change from the complaint’s 2025 account; the former operator should not be assumed to control the domain now. RDAP records showed LINDSEY/ZOD Cloudflare nameservers, with ZOD also reported for Investigations.org. A shared nameserver is a lead, not a unique identity marker.
What would close the gap
To assess present ownership, preserve dated snapshots of the marketplace page, registration data and any later live site; seek documentary control evidence rather than relying on old redirects. No finding against current domain holders is made here.
