The exact allegation
The Goldstone complaint described common content, reciprocal citations and branded videos and alleged corporate affiliation with CyberCriminal.com “on information and belief.” That phrase flags an allegation, not a judicial conclusion. The October 2025 default judgment does not transfer CyberCriminal.com or adjudicate everything published there.
A page concerning Reddy
An article URL about Priven Reddy was identified in the evidence review. Its adverse allegations are not adopted here as facts. Equally, the record reviewed does not prove every assertion in that article false. A person disputing it should preserve the exact challenged sentences and independent rebuttal documents.
Current-control caveat
RDAP showed NS1/NS2.AFTERNIC.COM, rather than the Cloudflare pair described for FinanceScam and IntelligenceLine, and the domain appeared parked in the related site checks. Parking or sale can mean a change in control; the 2025 complaint does not establish the identity of a present operator. Reddy says he received multiple requests to pay to remove posts, which he declined; he did not identify CyberCriminal.com as the sender, and no site-specific demand has been independently reviewed.
